Rosa Lemus is a Product Manager at MeaeCare with over five years of project management experience and a PMP certification. She brings more than 13 years of healthcare experience, with a focus on risk adjustment and quality measures, and has led the implementation of three telehealth service lines, two of which launched during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Recognized with the 2020 COVID-19 Hero Award, Rosa is known for her ability to translate health plan needs into clear technical requirements. She works closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex ideas into scalable, real-world solutions, a core element of MeaeCare’s product approach.
As a first-generation American of Guatemalan descent, Rosa is inspired by her father’s journey from immigrant to business owner. Outside of work, she enjoys music festivals, travel, gardening, and reading, and is passionate about advancing human rights, animal welfare, and environmental reform.
