Robert Zahedi is the Provider Relations Manager at MeaeCare, where he oversees field operations and supports the performance and coordination of clinical staff. He works closely with team leads and cross-functional departments to optimize workflows, address operational challenges, and strengthen collaboration across the organization.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Irvine. Robert began his career at MedXM as a Customer Service Representative, where he gained hands-on experience supporting members directly. As the organization evolved into Quest Health Connect, he advanced into leadership roles, including Call Center Manager and Provider Relations Manager, taking on increasing responsibility for team performance, interdepartmental coordination, and operational efficiency.
Robert is motivated by MeaeCare’s leadership and mission-driven approach to care. He brings a strong sense of empathy, communication, and problem-solving to his work, particularly when navigating complex situations involving field staff, team leads, and members. He takes pride in being part of an organization that prioritizes genuine care and meaningful impact. In his free time, Robert enjoys watching cooking videos and experimenting with new recipes.
