He is responsible for managing call center teams, meeting monthly performance goals, and ensuring consistent, high-quality member interactions across locations.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and brings prior experience from Angi, where he developed skills across marketing, data analysis, sales, recruitment, and operational coordination. This background supports his ability to manage growing teams while maintaining efficiency and accountability.

Dylan was drawn to MeaeCare by the opportunity to work directly with at-risk populations and support access to essential care. He is motivated by the company’s mission to encourage proactive health engagement and reduce barriers to preventative services.
